Shipping Policy

At Tokyo Vibes, each item is made to order through trusted third-party production partners. This allows us to create unique pieces while reducing waste and overproduction.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and produced within 3–7 business days.
Because items are made to order, production begins after your order is placed and confirmed.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, shipping times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic (Japan): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Third-Party Fulfillment

Our products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party partners. As a result:

  • Items may ship separately if you order multiple products

  • Packaging may vary depending on the fulfillment partner

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Tokyo Vibes is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all Tokyo Vibes products are made to order through third-party production partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, our primary resolution is to offer a free replacement (reprint) at no additional cost.

If a replacement is not possible or appropriate, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Do Items Need to Be Returned?

In most cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned, as products are custom-made.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color

  • Items returned due to personal preference

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
